SPECIFICATIONS: Varietal composition: 50% Tempranillo & Albillo 50 % Alcohol content: 13 – 13.5 % Vol.
AGE OF THE VINEYARD: 15 – 20 years
HARVEST AND PRODUCTION: Harvesting carefully done by hand. The most is cold macerated for just 12 hours at 8º C. After the second 10ºC maceration remains at 6º C during 90 days. Filtering and bottled.
CARD OF TASTING: Red strawberry colour, clean and shining appearance. Typical bouquet of these varieties, with red fruits remembrances. To the taste, this wine is delicious, meaty, light and pleasant, revealing a nice freshness.
TEMPERATURE OF SERVICE: 8 – 10º C.

CARD OF TASTING: Cutlery cherry-red, with clear gamest shades. Great aromatic complexity, Emphasizing brightly the fruits currants, blackberries, etc…, on a fund of fine wood, perfectly integrated in the wine. It is shown tasty and powerful, with great equilibrium between the wood and the fruit result a very long taste.
GASTRONOMY : Ideal with red and white meats, pasta dishes, vegetables, salads, barbecues, cold meats and cheeses with short curing or semi-cured.

MACERATION: From 22 to 25 days
CARD OF TASTING: Intense cherry-red with Light caoba tones. Clean and soothing, aromas of currant fruits and preserved with cacao, regaliz and aromatic woods. Clean taste and fleshy, very powerful, with pleasant tannins that persist.
GASTRONOMY: It is advised to decant before serving White and red meats, Small game, roasts, stews, preserved meats, sausages, and cheeses with long curing and creamy.

CARD OF TASTING: Cherry red place sting colour, with Light iodines tones. Nose intense, complex notes between toastings, regaliz and red fruits in preserves. Very well combined. Ample and fleshy, noble tannin and fruit perfect sweet tooth. Great structure and persistence.

Powerful, fleshy, round, smooth soft tannins. Gaining in finesses on the palate and in aromatic complexity. It is advised to decant before serving.

Intense cherry-red with a notable purple rim (violet colour) that denotes youth. Very powerful, where emphasize the very mature red fruits. It is powerful, with good phenolic load of tannins rounds and sweets. Elegant and ample taste inviting with very marked and from the fruit.
